The 2'8" Transom is used where access is restricted, giving a 3 board wide work area they locate between the standards giving width to form a rigid bay with the ledgers, they also form the "T" section that the Battens or Steel Stage locate into.Return Transoms are also available in 2'8" width. Total Length = 30" + 4" each end to outside measurement ie 38".
