Scaffolding Supplies Limited has always provided its customers with the highest level of service and consequently we hope that you will find shopping online a pleasure. Our web site is easy to use and completely secure, so you can feel confident in placing your order for our swift attention.

Ordering

Immediately on placing an order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, we will let you know when it will be available and then you can decide exactly what you would like to do. We are here to help you, and you can always cancel an order at this time.

UK Delivery

We use Fedex for all small deliveries, your goods will normally be with you in 3-4 working days from the day of your order. The delivery charge will be displayed on checkout. Payment will be taken from your credit card. Refunds will be the amount originally paid for the goods including delivery where goods are faulty. If you are returning goods that are not faulty then you will be responsible for the collection and delivery charges. Please note that any claims for shortage / damage must be received in writing within 30 days .

Payment

We accept the following credit and debit cards: VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard, Switch, Solo, Connect, Maestro, JCB & Amex.

Privacy and Security

We want you to shop with us with total confidence. All personal information is transferred from our web site into our secure database. Our secure server software fully encrypts all your personal information including your credit/debit card number and your name and address.

Tax Charges

All prices quoted exclude VAT, this will be charged at 20% and added to your final total.

No Quibble Guarantee and Returns

If you decide you don't want your goods for any reason, please contact us to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day you received them. We will gladly then refund your money within 30 days. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We can, in most cases, arrange collection from you via Fedex. If you are returning the goods due to wrongly ordering them then all delivery and collection charges will apply. When equipment has been cut to size ( tube and baords etc ) then this can not be returned unless agreed first, a re-stocking fee may apply.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

We take every effort to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, should you receive any products in less than perfect condition, contact us to let us know and we will arrange for a refund or exchange within 30 days. In this event we will also refund the cost of delivery. Please note that any claims for shortage / damage must be received in writing within 30 days .

How to Return/Exchange

Please keep all packaging and return the goods as they were sent to you. Include your name, address, telephone number and whether you would like a replacement or refund. Where you have ordered special items or instructed us to customise items, ie tube and board cutting etc, we can not accept the return of these items. Please note that refunds can only be given to the original payer.

Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, measurements and finish etc are correct. Prices and details are valid at the time of ordering and all items are subject to availability at ordering time.
