"The Jordan Safety Clamp" is a unique product devised to meet the need to eliminate the dangers faced by the scaffold operatives whilst working at height.

The Jordan Safety Clamp is a simple cost effective product that will save lives. Falls account for nearly two thirds of all fatal accidents in the construction industry. According to Health, Safety and Welfare Regulations 1996 operatives must be provided with SUITABLE means of protection to prevent a fall.

The primary safety objective is to provide physical safeguards to prevent falls during the erection, modification and dismantling of scaffolding installations. There is no equipment currently available to secure a man above head height at all times – The Jordan Clamp eliminates this problem.

The Jordan Safety Clamp, as inspected by the HSE, is a simple cost-effective safety device that enables the scaffolder to hook up to a failsafe security point as soon as he leaves ground level (or after all levels above the first lift). The scaffolder is secure at all times but has freedom of movement and can add or remove scaffolding components without unclipping his safety lanyard.

Before the introduction of The Jordan Safety Clamp scaffolders did not have a secure point of anchor when erecting dismantling or modifying scaffolding structures, these dangers are completely eliminated providing the scaffolder uses Jordan Safety Clamps.

The Jordan Safety Clamp is already secured to the standard as scaffold building begins from ground level, providing a safe anchor point above head height at all times. It allows instant access and continuous protection during all work and scaffolding operations and does not impede or slow down operations.

Klawz is a new 'Double on Double' scaffold fitting that helps Scaffolders to reduce the amount of tube required and erect scaffolding faster than traditional methods.

The unique engineering of Klawz allows scaffolding schemes to be designed with high load bearing for both ledgers and transoms. The patented spacing means the ledger and transom sit together easily, allowing the scaffold to be boarded out on a single level whilst maximising strength, removing the need for supplementary structural transoms.

Klawz is fully tested in accordance with BS EN74-1:2005

Klawz exceeded Class B requirements in all tests, with a slip load of over 30 kN, more than double the requirement for a normal Class B fitting.
